It seems like just yesterday that I joined TNQTech, and almost 8 years have passed. The team here is an eclectic mix of domain-centric people and laterals who complement each other in shaping TNQTech as a product company. Our ideas are valued by non-hierarchical and open-minded management. There is never a dull moment here, and I always look forward to coming to work.
What motivates and excites me is that I know I always have the opportunity to learn something new at work. The Development and Testing community within TNQTech conducts knowledge sharing sessions which helps all of us stay updated with the latest technology and trends in the industry. I feel proud of my peers, as everyone in the team is approachable and helpful. This creates a good work atmosphere and aids in building a great culture.
Four years with this company have been a dynamic blend of challenges and growth. Solving complex problems keeps me engaged, while the diverse team provides constant learning. The perfect equilibrium between work and fun fosters a culture where every day is both fulfilling and enjoyable.
TNQTech's supportive environment is the ideal place for those who want to succeed professionally. My own journey illustrates this well—I started as a trainee with the XML team in 2005 and, with the mentorship of many leaders, I now manage multiple products as a Senior Product Manager. One of the great things about TNQTech is that our leaders are accessible and play a key role in recognising promising individuals, guiding them to achieve both their own aspirations and the organisation's objectives.
Transitioning to the Technology department marked a significant turning point in my life and I've found immense joy in my journey here. The autonomy I have in carrying out tasks and the early opportunities and responsibilities I've been given have contributed to my growth. The open and candid communication channels foster transparency and ensure that everyone's voices are heard. I am constantly inspired to strive for excellence.
